Orders

Submitting an order creates a request. An order is accepted only when a member of our team marks it accepted. Prices and availability are confirmed at the moment of submission.

Payment

We accept the manual payment methods shown at checkout. We are not a payment processor. Submitting a payment reference or screenshot records your claim; it does not settle the balance. Your balance updates when our team reviews and approves the payment.

Shipping

Shipping charges are quoted at checkout. Title passes on despatch.

Returns

Returned items are received into quarantine and inspected before any disposition. Nothing returned is resold automatically.
