What is the KLOW blend?
KLOW puts four compounds that are usually studied separately into a single vial:
- GHK-Cu: the copper(II) complex of the tripeptide glycyl-L-histidyl-L-lysine (GHK), first identified in human plasma. It is studied for copper binding and transport and for extracellular-matrix and gene-expression pathways in cell models.
- BPC-157: a synthetic 15-amino-acid peptide (pentadecapeptide) derived from a sequence of a protein found in human gastric juice. It is investigated in preclinical research on nitric oxide and growth-factor signaling.
- TB-500: a synthetic peptide derived from thymosin beta-4 (Tβ4), a 43-amino-acid protein that binds G-actin. It is studied for its role in actin dynamics and cell migration.
- KPV: the tripeptide Lys-Pro-Val, the C-terminal fragment of alpha-melanocyte-stimulating hormone (α-MSH). It is investigated in research on inflammatory signaling pathways such as NF-κB.
